As per September 2024, NeuTrafiX has a new feature that can automatically detect if you yet to update the ratesheet on your specific Seller route for the last 90 days. If that's the case, our system will mark it as an Obsolete route and your offering will not be visible on the Marketview. To get rid of that, you need to upload a new ratesheet or re-activate it if there is no changes on your pricing. Please see below steps about how to do it:
1. Go to your Seller Account, then go to Routes > My Routes
2. On the right side of the table, you can see the "Ratesheet status" column. Then choose your Obsolete Route, and click the "Gear" icon
3. Click the "Activate" if there is no changes/updates on your Rate Sheet

4. After you click the "Activate" button, this notification will popped up and your rate will be back on the Market View
