There are a few option to upload your Ratesheet on NeuTrafiX.
1. Ratesheet Upload using Default Template
2. Ratesheet Upload using Customize Tariff Template Import Setting
3. Ratesheet Upload using Email. Please find the Article and Video here Upload Rates System (NTX-V2.0)
First thing you need to do, you need to prepare your Ratesheet. There are two ways to download the Ratesheet Template:
- First you can download the empty Template on the attachment at the bottom of this page
- Or you can Click on Download (HyperLink) to download the tariff sheet for the routes you want to offer by going to Routes > My Routes > Edit > Upload Tariff, and find this button
Here is an example of a fresh sheet to upload a new route for the first time:
A = MCC/MNC B= Rate C= Effective From D= Forbidden E=Discontinued
MCCMNC: MCC and MNC are the acronyms of "Mobile Country Code" and “Mobile Network Code”. These codes are used to identify the country and network codes on mobile telecommunications for GSM, LTE, CDMA, or UMTS communications.
Effective From the date when record becomes active, sample date: '2015-01-01 01:01:01'. For rates that don`t have the 'Forbidden' or 'Discontinued' flag, rates can only be updated after 48 hours. Special value supported: ASAP. If ASAP is specified as value, the rate will become immediately blocked if the 'Forbidden' or 'Discontinued' flag is set, and now + 48 hours for rates with traffic allowed
ASAP = Routes to be uploaded to the marketplace as soon as possible, usually immediately.
- If it is a new rate or rate decrease, it will be active immediately on the market view
- If it is a rate increase, our system will detect it automatically and can be active 7 days after updating
Forbidden = Flag to disallow traffic to certain prefix, sample usage: payphone destinations. 0 - Allowed, 1 - Forbidden.
Discontinued = Flag to marked prefix rate as deleted (the system will delete them after some time). 0 - Allowed, 1 - Discontinued.
Sample date: '2015-01-01 01:01:01'. Special value supported: ASAP. If ASAP is specified as a value, the rate will become immediately Sample forbidden value: 1 or 0 Sample discontinued value: 1 or 0
Note:
1. To offer the rest of the country (RoC) a destination, please mention the MCC followed by "0" as the MNC.
For example, the MCC of the United Kingdom is 234. So, to offer United Kingdom RoC in NeuTrafiX, please use MCCMNC 2340 (MCC+"0") instead of 234 only.
2. To offer the destination which has MNC start with 0, please let the MNC be as the default (2 or 3 digits) without deleting the first 0.
For example, Honduras Digicel MCC is 708 and MNC is 040. So, to offer Honduras Digicel in NeuTrafix, please use MCCMNC 708040 instead of 70840.
The next step will be uploading the rates for the route:
1. Sign in to your account on members.neutrafix.telin.net.
2. Click on Routes / My Routes
3. Click on the settings icon under the action column to start uploading your route
4. If you have your own Ratesheet Template, you can adjust it on the Tariff Setting menu. Select the appropriate columns to match your File, so the system can detect and process your file correctly. Don't forget to tick 'Activate' and click 'Update' on the bottom of this page.
Understanding the "Effective From" Field
- The term "ASAP" is used when you wish to have routes updated on the marketplace as swiftly as feasible, typically instantaneously.
- In the case of a new rate or a rate reduction, the change will be immediately visible in the market view.
- For a rate increase, our system identifies it automatically. However, the new rate will only come into effect 7 days after being updated.
Enforce Dates ASAP Checkbox
Activate the "Enforce Dates ASAP" feature if your rate sheet potentially includes rates with effective dates in the past. Since the system doesn't accept past dates, enabling this option will automatically set the effective date to "ASAP". This ensures successful uploading of the rate in these instances. If you tick this box, our system will automatically mark it as an "ASAP" terms for the following conditions:
- Effective Date is Blank or Effective Date is in the past
- For rate decrease, it will be set as an "ASAP" terms and will be effective immediately after you upload the ratesheet
- For rate increase, it will be set as an "ASAP" terms and will be effective D+7 after you upload the ratesheet
- Effective Date is less than 7 Days
- For rate decrease, it will be set as an "ASAP" terms and will be effective immediately after you upload the ratesheet
- For rate increase, it will be effective D+7 only after you upload the ratesheet
- Effective Date is more than 7 Days
- For rate decrease and increase, it will be effective according with the Dates that you put on the RateSheet
You can also custom the "Effective From" format following the format on your ratesheet and it also accept date only entries (without specific time), for example '24.12.2024'. In that case, the system wil automatically set it to be effective at 00:00:00. For rates that are not marked as 'Forbidden' or 'Discontinued', modifications can only be implemented after a 48-hour period.
Auto Adjust Fee CheckBox
If you tick this checkbox, our system will automatically adding the Platform Fee to all of your Rate Based on the NeuTrafiX Commission Plan that has been set for your account.
The Interval 1/N feature is specifically designed for situations where your uploaded rate sheets use a single column to represent time increments, such as 1/1 or 60/60. When this option is activated, it will automatically divide these increments into separate Interval1 and IntervalN columns.
The "Use Destination Default Intervals" function is created to automatically populate the necessary billing intervals for each dial code, adhering to the Neutrafix standard format. This feature can be particularly useful if the sheet you're uploading doesn't contain any values for billing intervals, also known as time increments.
The fields "Discontinued Default Value" and "Forbidden Default Value" are mandatory for Neutrafix to determine which rates should be blocked or discontinued. If your rate sheets lack columns for these values, you can set a default value of 0 (disabled) or 1 (enabled) for the uploaded tariff.
5. Go to Upload Tariff menu, and click on the "browse" button next to "Upload Tariff MCCMNC".
6. Select the CSV/XLS file template that you already prepared before and wish to upload
7. If it's done, click Update
8. If your file has some errors and you wish to upload any way you can check the box next to "Update MCC/MNC" "even if some errors are found...) and repeat step 4
Note: The platform will not return any error message if this option is used.
Automatic price adjustment on duplicates:
In some cases, your MCCMNC list may be outdated and you might be uploading two different prices for same dial code, With every new rate upload, NTX will compare your MCCMNCs against its E.212 to E.164 mapping table to ensure no mistakes are processed.
By default such mistake will cause the whole rate upload to be rejected to protect sellers from losses, however we have a new option that allows you to enable automatic price adjustment for such case instead of rejection. To enable this option simply enable the below check boxes as shown above.
PS: By choosing use higher price for duplicate prefixes, you agree with the NTX automatic price adjustment, NTX will automatically choose the highest price for duplicate dial code
