There are a few option to upload your Ratesheet on NeuTrafiX.

1. Ratesheet Upload using Default Template

2. Ratesheet Upload using Customize Tariff Template Import Setting

3. Ratesheet Upload using Email. Please find the Article and Video here Upload Rates System (NTX-V2.0)

This guide will provide step-by-step instructions on how to upload your rates. However, before we proceed with that, it's essential that your route is properly set up and ready. A well-configured route is foundational to rate-setting and directly influences the accuracy of your billing. If you haven't set up your route yet or want to review the process, please refer to this guide: How to Create/Add Route.

Armed with a ready route, you can confidently proceed with the rate uploading process, as detailed in the following sections of this guide. Let's get started!

The next step will be uploading the rates for the route:

1. Sign in to your account on members.neutrafix.telin.net

2. Click on Routes / My Routes

3. Click on the settings icon under the Action column to start uploading your routes
4. Click Show/Hide Help and choose Upload Tariff

5. There are two ways to download the Ratesheet Template

  • First you can download the empty Template on the attachment at the bottom of this page
  • Or you can Click on Download (HyperLink) to download the tariff sheet for the routes you want to offer

6. Fill in the Ratesheet (Template are provided in the attachment). And here is an example of a fresh sheet to upload a new route to Indonesia Telkomsel for the first time:

Column A: Prefix

Column B: Effective From

Column C: Price 1

Column D: Price N

Column E: Interval 1

Column F: Interval N

Column G: Forbidden

Column H: Discontinued

Understanding Price 1/N , InterVal 1/N billing formula:

AmountCharged = Interval1 x Price 1 / 60 + IntervalN x PriceN / 60

The total amount charged is determined by multiplying the billed duration by the price. However, since the price for subsequent intervals is set to $0, only the first second of the call is billed according to the configured price list.
Always note that the price 1 & price N unit is USD/min for voice and USD/min per (submission) for SMS.

Good Example:

Let's say you want to charge $0.10 per minute for a phone call and you decide to bill per minute. In this case, Interval1 and IntervalN represent minutes, and you set both Price1 and PriceN to $0.10.

Prefix, Price 1, Price N, Interval 1, Interval N are the mandatory fields for uploading the SIP rate, you may ignore another column.

The below Guide Explains the upload fields, or you can download the attached sample from this page and edit with your route information.

7. Default Interval checkbox function.

The "Use Destination Default Intervals" function is created to automatically populate the necessary billing intervals for each dial code to the NeuTrafiX standard format. This feature can be particularly useful if the sheet you're uploading doesn't contain any values for billing intervals, also known as time increments.

8. Upload the Tariff Sheet. Make sure its on .CSV file extension

Understanding the "Effective From" Field

The term "ASAP" is used when you wish to have routes updated on the marketplace as swiftly as feasible, typically instantaneously.

In the case of a new rate or a rate reduction, the change will be immediately visible in the market view. - For a rate increase, our system identifies it automatically. However, the new rate will only come into effect 7 days after being updated.

The "Effective From" field also accepts date and time entries, such as '2015-01-01 01:01:01'. For rates that are not marked as 'Forbidden' or 'Discontinued', modifications can only be implemented after a 48-hour period.

A special value supported is "ASAP". If ASAP is assigned as a value and the rate is tagged as 'Forbidden' or 'Discontinued', the rate will be immediately blocked. If the rate is not tagged as such and allows traffic, it will become effective 48 hours from the current time.

Understanding Number Translation Parameters

NOTE: by default NeuTrafiX will send you the calls as a seller with no prefix, if you want to receive a certain prefix please add it in the field "Outgoing Prefix" option. e.g see below image:

WARNING !!

When you set the routes to forbidden or discontinued they are immediately removed from market view. they will no longer be available.

The old records are deleted completely from the database within 24 hours. so you will have to re-upload the BLOCKED or Discontinued rates again.
