If you are a Buyer, now you don't need to be afraid of running out of Balance because we have provide you Low Balance Tiered Notification. So you will be notified when you have reached certain amount of balance and you can immediately do the Top Up before you are running out of balance that might stopping your live traffic.


Please follow these steps to set the Low Balance Tiered Notification for your Buyer account:

  1. Sign in to your NeuTrafiX Account, and go to your Buyer account 
  2. Select your preferred Buyer Account. Please note that this might be your Main Buyer Account
  3. Scroll down until you see the "Notify of balance lower than" section. Fill in the amount, and if you want to input a new amount, please click the Plus (+) button on the right side of the field. Then if all set, click Update
  4. You will receive notification via Email once your balance reached the amount that you already set before.
