This feature is to accommodate the majority of Telin partners that are still having different recipient email address for receiving voice, sms, and numbers notification based on their needs

  1. There are 3 sub menu under Notifications menu. On first menu which is All Notification, you can see all the notification that sent by our system/admin and you can also download the file if there any attachment on the notification
  2. To access Advance Alert and Notification feature, you can go to Notification Settings, under Notifications menu 
  3. On the Email Settings, setup all your email based on your needs. If you have more than 1 email address for any email fields, you can add it by using Comma (,) separator like for example NOC Email below 
  4. On the Email Alert and Notification, you can choose all the notification list you want to enable/disable by clicking the circle button. You can have more than one email to receive alert and notification. Please note that the notification list will be different between your Buyer account and Seller account 
  5. If all already setup properly, click Update on the bottom of the page
