In NeuTRAFIX, buyer accounts hold balances for purchasing services. Buyers may create multiple accounts, and the "Use Balance Of" feature is now allowing Buyer to have flexibilty to change the wallet of each account and share it with another account's balance.

  1. Login to https://members.neutrafix.net and make sure you are in the Buyer side
  2. Go to Account menu
  3. Choose the account for which you want to change the wallet, then click Edit
  4. In "Use Balance of" section, you can see the dropdown of all the available wallet that you already created. Choose the wallet and then click Update. 

Important Notes:

  • Only one 'Use balance of' change request is allowed per day per account
  • Once you click the Update button, the system will take approximately 10 minutes to process the request.
