If your Buyer account has a low balance and the fund transfer process has not yet been completed, you can request a Credit Limit (CL) for your Prepaid Account. This will ensure that your service is not interrupted during the process.

Once we receive your request, we will review it with our Risk Management team to determine the appropriate Credit Limit. Once approved, the NeuTrafiX Administrator will promptly assign the CL to your account.
