This Dashboard was developed to provide a summary of all traffic, amount, and revenue with customizable filters. There are 2 type of dashboard here, each for Voice and SMS traffic summary.
You can directly go to your Buyer Account, and choose between Voice or SMS traffic summary:
- Graph of the Voice and SMS traffic summary: We implement two types of charts here:
- Bar chart (red/blue colour) for for displaying traffic volume
- Line chart (colored green colour) for displaying the amount. *You can click each of the color to hide/unhide the representative chart
- Download: You can download the report and it will downloaded as .csv file. The download button is available on the top-right of your dashboard
- Scorecard: There is a scorecard at the top of the graph displaying key metrics of Total Amount, Remaining Balance, Total Traffic
- Filter: Available on the right side of your Dashboard
- From Date, To Date: The period that will be displayed on the dashboard
- Account: Specify your Buyer Account or you can select all of it
- Seller: Specify which Seller you want to see or you can select all seller
- Route: Specify which Seller Route you want to select
- Country, Description: Specify which Country/Destination you want to see or you can select all destination
- Status: Choose the status whether it's Success/Failed
- Time Format: Choose between Daily/Monthly
*Please note that if you choose a longer period with Daily time format, the system may took a while to load the data and it might getting error result
