1. Go to your Seller Account, and go to Routes > My Routes
2. Choose your Route, then click the "Gear" icon
3. Scroll down until you see this Subscribed buyers section. Choose which Buyer (Buyer Account) you want to block, then click the Action Button on the right side of the table
4. You will see this notification once the Buyer and its account already successfully blocked
5. The Buyer will receive a notification to inform that their purchased route has been administratively blocked by the Seller
