This feature allow the buyers a greater control over the receipt of email rate updates for specific routes they have previously purchased. The buyers will also stop receiving the rate update from the blocked route. 


We aim to provide buyers with the flexibility to change their preferences at any time. If a buyer decides they want to start receiving rate update emails again for a route they had previously opted out of, they should have the ability to do so effortlessly.


  1. Go to My Purchased Routes on your Buyer account 
  2. Here you can see all your Purchased Routes from any Seller. On the right side of the table, you can see two options for Stop Sending Rate and Start Sending Rate. You can click the Stop Sending Rate button if you want to stop any rate email update from that specific Route. And if you want receive the notification again, you can reactivate it by clicking the Start Sending Rate button.
