Calls Per Second or CPS refers to how many telephone calls can be handled in a second. CPS is one measure of the performance of Switching systems. In NeuTrafiX you could check your CPS on the Buyer Account by clicking Buyer > Account > Edit (IP CPS Limit).




Buyer CPS Limit Notification


Once your traffic exceeds the limit of CPS, you will receive a notification via email to the assigned email. By default, it will be sent to your main email.



If you want to increase your CPS, please create a request ticket here or contact NeuTrafiX Administrator by clicking on "Contact Administrator" on the email.


*By default, our system will limit all new Buyer CPS limit maximum by only 10 call per second.



Important Notes:


Your Buyer Balance will also impact the maximum CPS that the system can provide. Please find the details calcuation below:


Max_Concurrent_Ports = floor(Prepaid_Balance / (Rate_Per_Minute * Max_Call_Duration_Minutes))


Where:

        Prepaid_Balance = total buyer balance in USD

        Rate_Per_Minute = cost of the route per minute in USD

        Max_Call_Duration_Minutes = system-configured maximum call duration (e.g., 120 for 2 hours)

        floor() = a function that rounds down to the nearest whole number
