Calls Per Second or CPS refers to how many telephone calls can be handled in a second. CPS is one measure of the performance of Switching systems. In Neutrafix you could check your CPS on the buyer account by clicking Buyer > Account > Edit (IP CPS Limit).





By default Neutrafix will put 10 as a default value for IP CPS Limit, you can change your IP CPS Limit by requesting change IP CPS limit through our ticketing system or you may simply click this link : https://neutrafix.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new and choose ticket type "Increase SMPP Rate Limit/CPS", please mention the account buyer name detail that do you want to change in the description.
