Before using balance notification, remember that you have to create a Buyer Account first. Click here to see how to create Buyer Account.
To enable this feature, you need to configure the system to send a notification to your main email account when a certain balance is reached.
Login to any buyer -> Go to accounts-> Edit an account -> it will be the last feature
Please put the value of your amount on the "Notify if balance lower than:" field.
Note : the account need to have the "Use its own balance" for this field to appear. if its using another accounts balance , then the feature will appear in the account that is holding this balance
