Here are the step by step to for the Seller to set the Buyer SMPP rate limit and increase the limit.
Step 1: Login to Your Account
Access NeuTrafix Login page: https://members.neutrafix.telin.net/ and input your username and password in the form as show in the picture below.

Step 2: Default Main Page Dashboard
After successfully login, the page will be redirected to the *Main Page Dashboard and click the Account link in the left sidebar with the blue arrow as shown in the picture below.
*As you can see in the picture above, by default user will have dual login (Buyer and Seller) and as the first login they will be acted as Buyer.
Step 3: Buyer Account Page
After clicking Account link in the sidebar, the page will be redirected in the Account Page. Click the "+add new account" with the blue circle as shown in the picture below.
Step 4: Add New Account
After clicking Add New Account, the page will be redirected to the Add New Account Page. Choose the SMPP radio button with the blue circle and input all the field in this page and then click Add New button as shown in the picture below.
Step 5: Buyer Account Page (After Adding New Account)
After clicking the Return to Accounts, the page will go back to the Buyer Account Page. Click the Edit Button with the blue circle in the Action Column.
Step 5: Buyer Account Editor
After clicking the edit button, the page will be redirected to the Account Editor Page and can edit the SMPP rate limit as shown in the picture below. 
*By default our system will limit all new Buyer SMPP rate limit maximum by only 10 request per second. Which mean that if Buyer want to increase the limit of SMPP rate for example into 100 request per second, they have to request to our system by creating ticket to NeuTrafix Freshdesk.

Choose the SMPP Increase Rate (TPS) and in the description, give a notes to increase as a Buyer.
