To sign up for NeuTrafiX, please follow these steps:
Complete the Sign-Up form: Fill out the form [here]. There are few informations that you need to fill on our Sign Up page, including the "Role in NeuTrafiX". This field is mandatory to help us to get a better understand of every member's need.
Contacts Explanation:

Receive two emails:
- An email from support@neutrafix.freshdesk.com confirming the creation of your sign-up ticket.
- An email from dse_NA4@docusign.net with a Docusign link to sign the NeuTrafiX membership agreement.
Troubleshooting Docusign issues:
- If you don't receive the Docusign email, contact the NeuTrafiX admin or raise a new ticket here.
Review process:
- The NeuTrafiX Registration team will review your sign-up form and signed agreement.
Approval:
- After your agreement is signed and KYC document approved by the admin, you will receive your user credentials via email.
Sign in:
- Go to https://members.neutrafix.telin.net and sign in with your account credentials.
