WABA is now available on NeuTRAFIX, allowing NeuTRAFIX buyers to request WABA phone number provisions directly from the platform. We are partnering with NeuAPIX as the cloud-based Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) and with Telin as the Meta WhatsApp Telecom BSP.

How to Connect NeuTRAFIX account with NeuAPIX

  1. Login to https://members.neutrafix.net/, Go to your Buyer Account and select WhatsApp Business under Market View menu
  2. Scroll down until you see the Terms and Condition section. Read it and if you agree with the TnC, you can tick 'I agree with the terms and condition' and click Register
  3. Once you click the Register button, a notification will be sent to your primary email address, containing the WABA Price List and Terms and Conditions as an attachment 


How to Transfer Balance from NeuTRAFIX to NeuAPIX


  1. Login to https://members.neutrafix.net/, Go to your Buyer Account and select WhatsApp Business under Market View menu
  2. Scroll down to the 'Purchase WABA Balance' section. Select the Buyer Account you want to top up, then choose the transfer amount
  3. A pop-up confirmation of the Purchase Summary will appear, and you will need to enter the OTP to authorize the operation. Then, click Confirm 
  4. You will receive a notification with the Purchase Summary in your primary email


How to Register WABA Number


  1. Login to https://members.neutrafix.net/, Go to your Buyer Account and select WhatsApp Business under Market View menu
  2. Scroll down to the 'WABA Number Request' section. Then click Request Number 
  3. Fill  the WABA ID, Phone Number, and Display Name then click Submit
  4. The requested number will be processed through Meta and our Internal team. Please note the estimated processing times for the WABA number request is 4 days for Instant BV for blue tick and 1 day for Instant BV without blue tick: 
  5. You will receive a notification indicating whether the numbers have been approved, are ready to use, or have been rejected
