Domestic Indosat is a route to Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) for Indonesia Local Brand/Domestic Sender ID.

If you have an unregistered sender ID list to Indosat, you have to fill the following registration forms :

1. Fill the Sender ID Letter of Appointment (attached)

2. Fill the Sender ID Registration Form (attached)

and then, send the form copies to the Telin sender ID registration team : a2p_oa@telin.net.

The registration may take 9 working days and we recommend testing the sender ID before sending any live traffic to IOH. 

Note : Indosat not allowing Sender ID duplication. A brand name can only have one Sender ID (case sensitive). We suggest to use the registered Sender ID to deliver A2P SMS to Indosat.
