If you have any issue related with Platform or Telin as Tenant, now you can raise a ticket via Direct Message in NeuTrafiX. But for any issues beside that especially between member to member, we still suggest you to communicate via NeuTrafiX direct message.


Here is how to raise ticket via NeuTrafiX portal:


  1. Go to your Buyer or Seller account, then click the Direct Message icon below
  2. Navigate to the right side of your screen, then find the Trouble Ticket button like below
  3. Click the button and the system will redirect you to the NeuTrafiX Support page (Freshdesk)
