Now NeuTrafiX can accomodate any novation request if the member has changed the entity or just as simple as changing their bank account. Please see below terms and condition about how to do it.

1. Please raise a ticket to our finance team here https://neutrafix.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new and please put your detail request like for example: 

  • Your old entity company name
  • Your new entity company name
  • Your old entity business registration number
  • Your new entity business registration number
  • Detail request and reason why you want to novate


2. If you also want to change your bank account, please also attach your new KYC document as mention below:

  • Your new Memorandum & Articles Of Association
  • Your new Business Registration Document
  • Your new Bank Endorsement/Bank Statement*


3. Once we receive and confirm all the documents, we will send you a Novation Agreement to sign


4. NeuTrafiX Admin will process to do all the necessary based on your request
