This Bank Information is a mandatory field when you are trying to Withdraw Money from NeuTrafiX.
When you need to update your Bank Information, you can follow the following steps:
1. Login as NeuTrafiX Seller > Go to "Notifications" > "Notification Settings".
2. Fill the Bank Information field with your Bank Information which at least the Account Name (Company Name), Bank Name and Account Number.
3. At the bottom of the page, click "Update" to apply the changes.
Note: If you are updating your Bank Information to a new Bank Account, please send the Bank Statement document to NeuTrafiX Finance Team by opening a new ticket here.
For the security and compliance purposes, we will validate your Bank Account and get back to you once completed.
