HLR Lookup is a real time query of subscriber information stored in a mobile network operator's Home Location Register (HLR). As a Buyer, you can do the lookup via NeuTrafiX and we will record every HDR logs in our system.
To check the HLR Detailed Records, you can follow these steps:
- Login to your Buyer Account, on the left Menu bar click HDRs under the Logs menu
- Then you can select the detail logs that you want to search by using these filter provided by NeuTrafiX, then click Search
- You will see the result after the process was done. And you can also see the details of each record by clicking the View button under the Detalil column
- Here you can see the detail of each HLR record including the status of the number
