In NeuTrafiX, we have 3 Contact Roles to operate NeuTrafiX. The following is the contact and its roles.


1. Main Contact Role.

  • Main Contact is the person who will represent the member's company in NeuTrafiX as the admin of the NeuTrafiX member.
  • Main Contact has capability to add/delete/edit/modify any setting in the NeuTrafiX Portal.
  • Main Contact can invite more users (Web Users, Other Contact) from the same company to operate NeuTrafiX Portal.
  • By default, Main Contact will receive almost every update (email notification) from NeuTrafiX unless the setting is changed in the Notification Setting.


2. Finance Contact Role.

  • Finance Contact is the person who will represent the member's finance team company in NeuTrafiX as the finance admin of the NeuTrafiX member.
  • Finance Contact has capability to top up buyer wallet account and withdraw money from as a seller in NeuTrafiX Portal.
  • Finance Contact can receive financial report, payment receipt, account statement, monthly invoice etc. from NeuTrafiX to the registered email.
  • By default, Finance Contact will receive finance related update (email notification) from NeuTrafiX unless the setting is changed in the Notification Setting.


3. Other Contact Role.

  • Other Contact is any people who were invited / registered to operate NeuTrafiX by the Main Contact.
  • Other Contact can be (for example) from Commercial or Technical team of the company who assigned to operate NeuTrafiX.
  • Other Contact can receive many types of email notification from NeuTrafiX to the registered email (Rates Email, Public Email, NOC Email etc.).
  • By default, Other Contact will receive only specific update (email notification) from NeuTrafiX unless the setting is changed in the Notification Setting.
