How to Export SMS Detailed Records (SDRs) from the Portal


This knowledge base (KB) article provides guidance for buyers on how to export SMS Detailed Records (SDRs) from the NeuTrafiX (NTX )portal. SDRs are logs of sent and received SMS messages containing valuable information such as the message ID, account details, sender and receiver numbers, and billing information.


- An active account with the portal and the appropriate login credentials.

Exporting SDRs

To download your SDRs, follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Log in to the Portal

1. Open your preferred web browser.

2. Go to the portal's login page.

3. Enter your provided username and password.

4. Click the ‘Login’ button to proceed to your dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Logs

Within the portal, find the ‘Logs’ menu on your dashboard. This is where you can access various activity logs related to your account's messaging services.

Step 3: Accessing SDRs

Within the ‘Logs’ section:

1. Select the ‘SDRs’ option to view the logs of SMS activities.

2. Here you'll find information including:

   - Message Id: Unique identifier for the SMS message.

   - Account: The account associated with the message.

   - To Number: The recipient's number.

   - From Number: The sender's label (typically indicating the service or country of origin).

   - Country: The associated country for the SMS.

   - Description: Details about the account or routing.

   - Seller: The provider of the SMS service.

   - Route: Route number or code for the service.

   - Price: The cost of the SMS service.

   - Time: Timestamp for when the SMS was logged.

   - Message Parts: Number of parts for multipart SMS messages (if applicable).

Step 4: Exporting the SDRs

To download the records:

1. Look for the download icon, often depicted as an arrow pointing down or a diskette, located usually at the top right of the SDRs page.

2. Click on this icon to initiate the download.

3. You may be prompted to select a specific date range or confirm the download.

4. Once confirmed, the SDRs will be downloaded to your system in CSV format, which can be viewed and analyzed in spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

After Downloading

You can utilize the exported SDRs for analysis, accounting, or compliance purposes. It is essential to handle and store this data securely due to its potentially sensitive nature.
