How to Export Buyer Call Detail Records (CDRs) from the Portal

This article provides a step-by-step guide for buyers on how to export Call Detail Records (CDRs) from the NeuTrafiX (NTX) portal. These records contain important information such as call origin (CLI), destination (CLD), duration, and associated costs.

- You must have an active buyer account with login credentials. (Signup here if you don't have one)

To export the CDRs:

2. Click on the download icon.

3. A pop-up window may appear prompting you to confirm the download or to select a date range for the CDRs you wish to export.

4. Confirm the details and proceed with the download.

5. The CDRs will be downloaded to your computer in a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file format, which can be opened with any compatible spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
