Beside via SMS, now NeuTrafiX will send the two-factor authentication (2FA) OTP for Login and Payout Withdrawal automatically to your Email. So you can fall back to that if there is an issue with the SMS.
For Login
1. By default, the OTP for Login will sent to your Main Email
2. To change it, you need to go to your Buyer Account first
3.Then go to the Notification Settings under the Notification Menu
4. Find the OTP Login under the Notification list
5. You can adjust the toggle option to decide which email you want to receive the OTP
6. Then click Update on the bottom of the page
7. You will receive the OTP to the selected email
For Payout Withdrawal
1. By default, the OTP for Login will sent to your Main Email and FinancialEmail
2. To change it, you need to go to your Buyer Account first
3. Then go to the Notification under the Notification Menu
4. Find the OTP Payout under the Notification list
5. You can adjust the toggle option to decide which email you want to receive the OTP
6. Then click Update on the bottom of the page
7. You will receive the OTP to the selected email
