The bind down was caused by the idle connectivity. But it will be back to up immediately once SMS traffic hits your NeuTrafiX route. So, if you detect a bind down, you could try to rebind and trigger it manually via NeuTrafiX portal by following these steps:

  1. Login to your Seller account 
  2.  Go to Routes > My Routes
  3. Click on SMPP Test Bind icon on the Action column
