Member could change their bank account with the following condition : 


  1. Submit a ticket via https://neutrafix.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
  2. Fill in the Information needed, and choose the Finance Related Ticket Type
  3. Attach your new Bank Endorsement/Bank Statement document and write down the reasons why you want to replace it, then click Submit
  4. We will review it internally and proceed once the request/document meets our requirement
