This feature is to provide Sender ID authorization for A2P service seller in NeuTrafiX so the seller will be able to manage the Sender ID rules and the allowed-restricted specific Sender ID for specific Seller’s Route. The Buyer can review the Seller route before sending a specific Sender ID. This feature then will leads to specific sender ID special deal between Buyer and Seller.
- Login to your NeuTrafiX account, go to your Seller Account and select My Routes
- Select your SMPP Route, and click the Edit Icon on the right side of the table
- Scroll down until you see the Sender ID Setting. In Sender ID Policy Management you can change the Deny Listed option into Zero Trust by clicking the button. Which means that if for example in the picture below, there is a SMS coming from Facebook it will be automatically denied. And you can Add Sender ID by simply input the SID and add it to the list. Also you can add it by Upload new Sender IDs list CSV if you have many SID on your list and you dont have to input it one by one.
