NeuTrafiX allows Sellers to define Minimum Traffic Requirements per SIP trunk, once enabled NTX will check hourly for traffic hitting the trunk from all subscribed buyers, The calls are checked every hour 01:00, 02:00, 03:00, and so on.
To access this feature, follow the below steps:
1- Login to Seller Portal
2- In the left side menu, click on Routes >> My Routes
3- Click the Edit next to the route you want to enable Minimum Traffic Requirements for.
4- Drill down to Minimum Traffic Requirements Section
Each setting ASR, ACD will block the purchased routes independently. So if just ASR is reached it will get blocked no matter for ACD.
- ASR value represents the ASR percentage. for example, to set the ASR threshold to 10, you need to enter the numeric value 10
- ACD value must be set by the seller in seconds, for example, to set the ACD threshold to one minute, you need to enter 60.
- ASR (minimum attempts): Minimum number of call attempts to for block threshold to activate. Please note that the default value for this setting is 100.
- ACD (Minimum Calls): Minimum number of connected calls to block threshold to activate. you may change this value as you wish.Please note that the default value for this setting is 100.
Once a buyer is blocked, SIP traffic will be rejected immediately to this route. Both customer and seller will be notified by email about the block action.
Note: The buyer must contact the seller by sending them a message to request unblocking of the purchased route.

Removing the block for a buyer is easy, however, it must be manually by the Seller by clicking the UNBLOCK button under route properties.
