1. Sign in to your account on members.neutrafix.telin.net.

2. Click on Routes / My Routes

3. Select your routes > click "Edit" (Gear Icon)


 



4. Click "Click Here to Show/Hide Upload Help" > click "download"


 



Click on Download (HyperLink) to download the tariff sheet for the routes you want to offer.




5. Once the price list is downloaded, on the downloaded file column F( (Forbidden) and column G (Discontinued), please set the value to "1" with effective date "ASAP" if you want to discontinue the rate asap.


6.  Re-upload the route offering.

*On the other side, if it is a new route and in urgent case, you can simply block the route by checking the Blocked value on Route > My Routes as follows :
