1. Seller upload New Rate for a new route class :
Rate can be effective immediately in NeutrafiX or seller could setup the effective date of the new rate. NeuTrafiX system will send the update notification automatically by NeuTrafiX system to the Buyer via email.
2. Seller Decrease its rates:
Rate decrease can be effective immediately in NeuTrafiX system as well as sending the update notification automatically by NeuTrafiX system to the Buyer via email.
3. Seller Increase its rates:
Rate increase will be effective with the minimum of 7 days prior notice. It means that the Seller cannot increase the rate with less than 7 days from the effective date. The effective date is minimum 7 days (7x24 hours) and based on the Seller specific upload time (yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss GMT+0) when the Seller uploaded the rate sheet. The rate sheet upload will also trigger the automatic update notification by the system to the Buyer via email.
