As a buyer, here are the step by step of Sender ID registration :
Step 1
Register the Sender ID according to buyer Sender ID list in SDR (SMS) by accessing your left sidebar in your NeuTrafiX Dashboard, go to Logs > SDR (SMS) as shown in the picture below
*Notice that there are circle in the Buyer link which indicating that currently user are login as a buyer as well as the arrow that pointing to the link of SDR (SMS)
After clicking the SDR (SMS), it will load the page as shown in the picture below:
There is two input field in the SDR (SMS) Page, Verified Senders and SMPP Rate Limit. However, Registration Sender IDs is in the blue box, in the Verified Senders input field. It consist of list of allowed Sender IDs which consist of OTTSMS, Verify, SMS Alert, FaceBook, Uber, Apple, Aler *,* as default.
Also notice that there are 2 link in the blue box, first is Download allowed SIDs link below which is the link to download the csv files of the allowed sender Ids as shown in the picture below:
And the other is Request another Sender ID link which is for registering new Sender Id other than the allowed Sender Id in the input field of Verified Senders. After clicking the Request another Sender ID link, the page will redirect to SMS Sender ID Registration as shown in the picture below:
Fill all the input field in the SMS Sender ID Registration Form and then click Submit Request button.
Step 2
NeuTrafiX Administrator and The Seller will receive the Sender ID registration request
Step 3
NeuTrafiX Administrator will register the Sender ID requested by the buyer on the NeuTrafiX platform and Seller will also register to their networks or suppliers
Step 4
Buyer got the downloadable list after the Step 3
