Every NeuTrafiX account come equipped with Buyer & Seller accounts. The buyer is able to prepay for the services and interconnect with Voice, SMS, DID providers and utilize the service as a customer, While the seller allows a communication provider to sell their network services (voice, SMS, DIDs) on the NeuTrafiX market place.


In this guide, we'll show you how easy and intuitive it is to switch from the Buyer panel to the Seller panel.


Instructions to Switch to Seller Panel


 Step-by-step guide

  • Step 1: Sign in with your account as a buyer.
  • Step 2: Locate the header of the page on different screens
  • Step 3: Accessing Switch to Buyer from Mobile Screen 


Step 1: Sign in to your Buyer Account

  • Click here to access the NeuTrafiX members portal
  • Enter your Username and Password (Provided after signup approval via email)


Step 2: Locate the header of the page on different screens

  • In desktop screen, you'll be able to see the "Switch to Seller" in the header (Top of the page), see below:



Step 3: Use the template in your article

  • If you're logging from the mobile screen the UI is going to change to become responsive, therefore you may not see the Switch-To-Seller option in the header. To access it, click on Profile Photo on top-right of the screen, then click on Switch to Seller option as shown below:
