NeutrafiX allows you to check voice calls (SIP Calls) in real-time for your account and view the details of each call.


Prerequisites 


  • You must have an active NeuTrafiX account.
  • You must have already authorized your SIP equipment IP-Addresses in NeuTrafiX.
  • You have pointed your system to send calls towards NeuTrafiX.
  • Initiated call(s) towards NeuTrafiX SIP host: sip.neutrafix.telin.net.


Checking Summary / Total Live Calls Count from dashboard


To see summary of Live Calls for your  account on NeuTrafiX follow the below steps:

  1. Login to your NeuTrafiX Account.
  2. By default, you'll be redirected to Dashboard Page.
  3. Scroll Down to Live Calls Section of the page.
  4. Click on View Details to view live call detailed records.



Live Calls Details Page


Live calls page contains all important details about routing and connected calls for your account, this page displays to the signed-in user the following details for each call:


  • Account: Represents the billing account / authorized IP used to make the call.
  • CLD: The number that was dialed. Billing Prefix – The billing prefix for the number dialed. Country – The dialed number's country.
  • CLI: Calling line identity (CLI) localisation is the process of presenting a localised calling line identity to the recipient of a telephone.
  • Country: The country name of the called number.
  • Description: The network of the called number.
  • Setup Time: The timestamp of when the call was setup (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS).
  • Connect Time: The timestamp of when the call got connected  (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS).
  • Status: Routing or Connected.
  • Duration: if the call is connected, how long has it been connected for.
  • Seller: The seller (carrier) terminating the call.
  • Route: The seller link used to connect the call e.g. Gold, Platinum, etc.



P.S: The live calls page Auto reloads every 60 seconds.
