Notes to buyers field:

The seller has the option to provide additional information about the numbers in the "Notes to buyers" field, which is a free from text field. This allows the seller to include any special notes such as Access Restriction Matrix or whether the number is accessible by all networks. They can also mention if there is a specific document that needs to be sent to a particular location.

These notes are also visible in the API search. If no special notes are provided, it generally indicates that the number is accessible from all networks without any access restrictions. However, NTX sellers are encouraged to provide more details if there are any special user guides available.

Furthermore, if there are any specific requirements regarding the presentation of information, you are advised to inform us so that we can make necessary enhancements to meet their needs.
